We help people living in Spain find the cheapest fuel and best electricity deals — in their own language.
Why we built this
Over 6 million foreign residents live in Spain. Most existing price comparison sites are only in Spanish, making it hard for non-Spanish speakers to find the best deals on essential costs like fuel and electricity.
SaveRadar is the first comparison platform built for everyone in Spain — available in all 24 official EU languages. Whether you speak English, German, Romanian, French, or any other EU language, you can compare prices and save money without needing to speak Spanish.
What we compare
Fuel prices
Live data from ~12,000 stations across Spain, sourced directly from the Spanish government API (Ministerio para la Transición Ecológica) and updated every 30 minutes.
Electricity tariffs
50+ tariffs from 20+ providers. We calculate the real monthly cost including all Spanish taxes (electricity excise, meter rental, and IVA). No hidden fees.
Our data sources
Fuel prices: Official Spanish government API — sedeaplicaciones.minetur.gob.es. This is the same source used by Spanish consumer protection agencies.
Electricity tariffs: Manually verified tariff data from provider websites, updated regularly. Tariff prices shown are indicative — always confirm the final price with the provider before switching.
How we make money
Fuel comparison is entirely free — the price data is public and we charge nothing to use it.
For electricity tariffs, we operate a performance-based partner model. When you click through to a provider's website and complete a switch, we may receive a fee from that provider. This is standard across the price-comparison industry and is how we fund the platform.
This never affects the rankings. Tariffs are sorted by calculated monthly cost — cheapest first — regardless of whether we have a commercial relationship with the provider. Every tariff in our database is shown; none are hidden.
What we are not
- ✕We are not a fuel retailer or electricity provider — we don't sell energy.
- ✕We don't store personal data — your postcode is only saved in your browser's local storage and never sent to our servers.
- ✕We can't guarantee that listed prices are 100% accurate at the moment you arrive at a station — prices can change between government updates.
